When Project Ecuador approached our CEO Idan Shpizear with the idea of helping build a home with his own hands for those in need, he did not hesitate for a second. He immediately reached out to a few franchisees, like Tomas Lelczuk of 911 Restoration of Miami, who he knew would want to give back and make a difference. This is where our Fresh Start story begins.
Fresh Start Attitude: Be the Difference
With generosity in their hearts and a desire to help, Idan, Tomas, and team members from multiple branches flew to Ecuador to literally build the foundation of a new house for a family in need. We love making a difference, and it is remarkable what hard work, dedication, and teamwork can accomplish. These are some of the foundational ideas behind 911 Restoration: that anyone can change the world and make a difference, and that everyone deserves a better future.
So whether we are restoring a home, prepping a business for a disaster, or helping build a home in Ecuador, these defining characteristics are entrenched in everything we do. This is what we call our Fresh Start attitude.

Building a Solid Foundation for the Future
All in all, our Fresh Start squad spent six days working with Project Ecuador. As the before-and-after photos and the finished home show, a lot can be accomplished when people work together to make a difference. 911 Restoration could not be more proud of our team for taking part in such a meaningful project, and most of all, an Ecuadorian family in need now has a brand new home.
While our work in Ecuador is done for now, our mission to make a difference in the world is never complete. You can count on 911 Restoration to be here tomorrow to do it all over again, another motto we live by.
