New franchise training takes place at the 911 Restoration™ academy in Los Angeles, CA where you receive hands-on experience. You will have to complete a three-week training program which includes full technical training in water and fire damage, mold and biohazard remediation. It also includes sales & marketing, operations, and all facets of the business.
Field training is also offered at each Franchisee's business location.

911 Restoration™ offices range from home-based businesses to larger operations. If you wish to have a home-based operation, 911 Restoration™ offers that opportunity since services are provided off-site. The office size is up to you.
